What are the areas of our businesses that could potentially suffer from a “snow day” effect … events that could delay or stop revenue for a period of time? Maybe these are events that happen so rarely that it doesn’t make sense to have a full contingency plan in place. Maybe it’s something that you could never expect, such as an abrupt change in your industry or sudden legal or PR changes involving your product or service.
